16 March - Passport to Advanced Exam Success

Abstract: What do students need to pass an exam? The right level of English, a course book that gives them plenty of practice in the exam questions and also develops specific exam skills. But is that all they need? While rigorous preparation is no doubt a vital component in students achieving success, it is by no means the only component. In this session we’ll explore other factors that can influence learners’ exam success; including the impact of the materials that are used and how we approach teaching exam classes can help give students the added motivation they need to be successful.
